RETURN POLICY

All sales of custom doors are final and not eligible for refund.

If you receive a defective item, it will be replaced under Warranty. If you received a damaged in transit item, you need to notify us immediately so we can initiate a claim. For more details on freight damage, refer to our Shipping Policy.

Door hardware, accessories and siding can be returned within 5 business days from the day of receipt, with its original packaging, the customer is responsible all the shipping expenses to return the item.

Before returning the item, the customer must contact Doorshoppers in writing to info@doorshoppers.com and request a return authorization. Once approved, we will advise you how to proceed with the return.

25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.  Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will only be made AFTER the item is safely delivered to our location and passes the inspection.
