Our Canadian made wrought iron door glass is insulated, extremely durable, and impact resistant.
All door wrought iron pieces are actually made of steel - material which offers structural strength just like traditional wrought iron. Steel used in making our wrought iron elements is tough, durable, rust and corrosion resistant.
First we handcraft wrought iron grills. Every piece is carefully bent, cut and welded and this job is done by professional and experienced blacksmiths whose level of expertise eliminates a chance of third-rate production. Thus, all our wrought iron inserts have smooth edges and are made with precision and quality.
Once the wrought iron design is made, it undergoes powder coating. It is a special finishing technique of painting the metal, done in high temperatures, after which the product surface becomes extremely smooth and durable.
The final stage of manufacturing a wrought iron glass insert is actually sealing the finished grill inside a glass unit. By Ontario law, all door glass is required to be tempered, therefore every wrought iron grill is sealed between two layers of tempered glass.
Wrought iron designs are flexible in shapes and sizes, every door glass has matching design sidelights, or even transoms, if requested by customer.
