Multi-Point Lock

For those customers who want to improve the door security, we offer an optional high performance multi-point GU door lock. It is available for standard 6’8” and 8’ doors.

• three-point locking over the total door height.
• as soon as the door is shut, it becomes locked right away – two 20mm latches automatically engage and become rigid deadbolts. 
• warping is prevented because the door is always locked.
• turn of the key or the knob engages the central deadbolt and locks the top and bottom latchbolts.
• heavy duty mortise construction.
• no lifting handles to engage the locking points, minimal efforts are required to secure the door.
• “babysitter” function locks the complete system simply by rotating the thumbturn from the inside - suitable even for elderly people or children.

Handlesets and Levers for multi-point lock are available in a variety of trim styles and finishes and are made of brass, sandcast bronze or stainless steel.

Standard Flush Bolt

For customers who order French or double doors we offer flush bolts – special hardware recessed at the top and bottom edges of the inactive leaf which slides vertically into the frame header or threshold and keeps the inactive door closed.   This locking hardware stays concealed and secure when the doors are shut. 

Automatic Flush Bolts (AFB)

We offer a simple yet effective astragal mortise lock – automatic flush bolt - to be installed on the inactive panel. Unlike a regular flush bolt, AFB allows both top and bottom locking by a single lever operation.

Such lock gives the door extra stability and security, prevents deflection as well as air and water infiltration, thus improving the overall performance of the door system.

AFB features:

• available in Zinc finish
• non-handed mechanism
• adjustable shoot extends to 25mm
• 16mm stainless steel faceplate with radius ends

Roller Catch

A roller catch’s function is to help keep the door closed. It acts as a strike plate for a single door.

The roller plate is mounted on the top edge of the door, while the strike plate is mounted on the frame header – once the door is pushed or pulled the roller catches and holds the door closed.

We install Emtek roller catches on our doors, at the top and bottom of each door panel. They are made of solid brass and offer a perfect tension and operation.
