RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES OF CUSTOM DOORS ARE FINAL.

If you receive a defective item, it will be replaced under the Warranty conditions. If you received a damaged in-transit item, you need to notify us immediately to initiate a claim. For more details on freight damages, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Door hardware and relevant accessories can be returned within 5 business days from the day of receipt in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses, associated with the return.

Before returning the item, the customer must contact Doorshoppers in writing at info@doorshoppers.com and request a return authorization. Once approved, we will advise on how to proceed with the return.

25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.  Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will only be processed after the item is safely delivered to our location and passes the inspection.
